# Claim

Our protocol includes two differents taxes.\
One if you claim before reach your Rewards, one if you claim after.

**E.g.** If I buy an Emerald Node at **80 $CNODE**, if when I claim my node, my pendings rewards are not greater than or equal to 80 **$CNODE** then I'm not in ROI and my tokens are taxed at 14%

What you see now under "Pending Rewards" is your rewards AFTER being reduced by the tax
